Golf BodyPro offers elite fitness education and customized program design to the golf industry. Our fitness programs are based on CHEK Golf and Biomechanics and the CHEK Institute Primal Patterns. Through our BodyPro high speed video analysis, mobility assessments, and health history we gather the information we need to write the exact program the golfer's body needs.
While golf technique is priority number one, we can't forget it is our bodies that perform the swing. When our bodies are out of alignment, we get tissue fatigue. When some muscles get too tight, others get too loose and then we have instability, or worse, injury. The more we swing, the worse we get. To compensate, our bodies will keep making subtle changes in an attempt to perform our swing. The harder we try to compensate, the worse the problems get and if there hasn't been an injury it becomes more likely. To ensure consistency in your golf game, your body needs to work consistently.
